As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the national ecosystem for identifying, nurturing, and empowering talented individuals, and to enhance community partnerships in developing national competencies, the Emirates Talent Association, in collaboration with the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department, organized its first community gathering entitled **"Show Us Your Talent"** at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library. The event was attended, on behalf of **H.E. Ahmed Al Dabbani Al Nuaimi**, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Talent Association, by **Dr. Fatima Al Darbi**, Vice Chairperson of the Board; **Dr. Omar Al Mehairi**, Secretary General of the Association; **Ms. Shaikha Al Meqdadi**, Member of the Board of Directors; **Dr. Noura Al Shamsi**, Chairperson of the Dubai Talents Council; along with members of the Dubai Talents Council, in addition to a number of officials, experts, and representatives of entities and institutions specializing in talent development and empowerment. The gathering showcased a variety of outstanding national talents, reflecting the exceptional capabilities fostered within the United Arab Emirates and highlighting the importance of providing a supportive and sustainable institutional environment for discovering and developing talent. The event also witnessed the participation of several specialized organizations, reaffirming the importance of integrated efforts and collaborative partnerships in supporting and empowering talented individuals. This gathering forms part of the Association's ongoing commitment to promoting a culture of talent discovery, strengthening strategic partnerships, and empowering national competencies, thereby contributing to sustainable development and reinforcing the United Arab Emirates' position as a leading hub for creativity, innovation, and excellence.
