**Ras Al Khaimah Talented Council Takes Its First Steps** The **Ras Al Khaimah Talented Council**, operating under the **Emirates Association for Talented Individuals**, held its inaugural introductory forum under the theme **"Together to Discover Talents and Shape the Future."** The event was attended by **H.E. Ahmed Al Dabbani Al Nuaimi**, Chairman of the Board of the Association, **Dr. Omar Al Mehairi**, Secretary General, **Ms. Shaikha Al Meqdadi**, Board Member, along with a number of directors of local government entities, representatives of government and private organizations, educational and community institutions, strategic partners, and individuals interested in the fields of talent and innovation. In his keynote address, **H.E. Ahmed Al Dabbani Al Nuaimi** emphasized that talent is a national asset and that discovering, nurturing, and empowering talented individuals represents a strategic investment in the future of the United Arab Emirates. He noted that the Association operates through a comprehensive national vision aimed at building a sustainable ecosystem that embraces talented individuals across various fields and connects them with specialized programs and structured pathways for development and empowerment through close collaboration with government, private, educational, and community partners. His Excellency further explained that the **Talented Councils** established across the Emirates serve as the Association's field extension, enabling it to reach talented individuals within local communities while strengthening the role of families and institutions in identifying and developing talent. This approach supports the UAE's vision of investing in people and preparing generations capable of creativity, innovation, and meaningful contributions to the nation's future. For her part, **Ms. Fatima Al Ketbi**, Chairperson of the Ras Al Khaimah Talented Council, presented the Council's vision, objectives, and operational framework. She explained that the Council aims to identify talented individuals across the Emirate, assess their abilities through an institutional methodology, connect them with the Association's specialized programs, and ultimately provide them with the support, opportunities, and partnerships necessary to achieve excellence and long-term success. **Mr. Nawaf Al Nuaimi**, media influencer and member of the Ras Al Khaimah Talented Council, together with fellow Council members, presented the forum sessions highlighting the Council's upcoming programs and initiatives.
