Visit of the Ras Al Khaimah Talented Council to Ras Al Khaimah Cultural Centre

At the invitation of Her Excellency Moza Al Musafri, Director of Ras Al Khaimah Cultural Centre, affiliated with the Ministry of Culture, and addressed to His Excellency Ahmed Al Dabbani Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of the Emirates Association for Talented Individuals, a delegation from the Ras Al Khaimah Talented Council visited the Centre. Representing His Excellency during the visit was Ms Fatima Al Ketbi, Chairperson of the Ras Al Khaimah Talented Council, accompanied by a team of Council members. The visit coincided with the presence of Her Excellency Shatha Al Mulla, Assistant Undersecretary for the National Identity and Arts Sector at the Ministry of Culture. The visit formed part of ongoing efforts to strengthen communication and cooperation with national institutions concerned with culture and talent development, while gaining further insight into the Centre’s summer programmes and initiatives aimed at supporting children and young people and developing their creative abilities. Her Excellency Moza Al Musafri welcomed the delegation, after which the Centre’s team led the visitors on an introductory tour of several facilities and halls. During the tour, the delegation reviewed the Centre’s summer programmes, activities and events, in addition to cultural, artistic and creative workshops designed for children and young people. The delegation also learned about the role of these programmes in developing skills, refining abilities, strengthening national identity and providing an encouraging environment that enables participants to express their potential and discover their talents across a range of fields. Council members were also introduced to several initiatives implemented by the Centre in partnership with Sandooq Al Watan as part of its summer programmes. These initiatives combine knowledge, culture and creativity, while contributing to the development of younger generations’ skills and encouraging their positive participation. The meeting also explored opportunities for cooperation and coordination between the Ras Al Khaimah Talented Council and Ras Al Khaimah Cultural Centre in support of the Association’s approved programmes, helping identify talented individuals and guide them towards appropriate pathways for care, development and empowerment. Both parties emphasised the importance of strengthening integration among national institutions concerned with talent discovery and human capital development through well-planned programmes and initiatives based on clear criteria and defined pathways for care and empowerment, in line with the UAE’s vision of investing in people and fostering creativity and excellence among future generations.
