**Ras Al Khaimah Department of Antiquities and Museums Youth Council Organizes Dialogue Session on Empowering Youth Skills in Collaboration with the Ras Al Khaimah Talents Council** The Youth Council of the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Antiquities and Museums, in collaboration with the Ras Al Khaimah Talents Council of the Emirates Association for Talented Individuals, organized a dialogue session titled **"Empowering Youth Skills: From Talent to Impact"** at the Ras Al Khaimah Youth Center (Al Dhait). The event was held in conjunction with **World Youth Skills Day** and in celebration of the **Union Pledge**. The session was moderated by **Nawaf Al Nuaimi**, Media Influencer at the Ras Al Khaimah Talents Council, and featured **Aisha Al Dhahouri**, Chairperson of the Youth Council of the Department of Antiquities and Museums; **Shaikha Al Habsi**, Member of the Ras Al Khaimah Talents Council; and **Hamama Yousef Al Shahi**, Member of the Ras Al Khaimah Talents Council. The discussion explored several key themes aimed at highlighting the role of young people in creating positive societal impact, strengthening national identity, and fostering talent and skills development. Participants engaged in an interactive dialogue on the role of talent in preserving national identity, harnessing creativity to showcase the UAE's heritage and the history of Ras Al Khaimah, and reinforcing the values of the Union Pledge as a continuation of the legacy established by the nation's Founding Fathers. The session also examined how culture, archaeology, and artificial intelligence can be leveraged to preserve and promote the national heritage. In addition, participants reviewed the efforts of the Ras Al Khaimah Talents Council in identifying and empowering talented individuals, while emphasizing the importance of future-ready skills in transforming ideas into impactful and sustainable initiatives and projects. His Excellency **Ahmed Al Tunaiji**, Director General of the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Antiquities and Museums, emphasized that investing in young people and developing their talents and skills is one of the fundamental pillars of building the nation's future. He noted that organizing this session in conjunction with World Youth Skills Day and the Union Pledge reflects a strong commitment to reinforcing national identity and fostering a sense of belonging. He further stated that culture and heritage serve as powerful sources of inspiration for creativity and innovation, praising the collaboration between the Department's Youth Council and the Ras Al Khaimah Talents Council in launching high-quality initiatives that empower youth, nurture talent, and promote a culture of excellence and innovation in line with the UAE's vision of investing in people and shaping the future.
