The Board of Directors of the Emirates Association for Talented Care held its first meeting in its new formation under the chairmanship of H.E. Ahmed Al Dabbani Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board. The meeting was attended by Dr. Fatima Al Darbi, Vice Chairperson of the Board, Dr. Omar Al Mehairi, Secretary General of the Association, and Board Members Ms. Shaikha Al Muqaddahi and Ms. Pardis Farsan. During the meeting, the Board reviewed the Association’s strategic directions for the coming phase, which aim to strengthen its role in identifying, nurturing, and empowering national talents in alignment with the vision and aspirations of the United Arab Emirates. The Board also discussed updates on the plans and initiatives that have been implemented since the beginning of the current year and reviewed the progress achieved. Foremost among these initiatives is the Talented Councils Project across the UAE, in addition to several strategic projects aimed at expanding the talent identification base and enhancing institutional partnerships that support talented individuals. H.E. Ahmed Al Dabbani Al Nuaimi affirmed that the coming period will witness the launch of a number of high-impact initiatives designed to advance the talent development ecosystem and strengthen the Association’s presence locally and internationally, contributing to the promotion and empowerment of national talents. He further noted that the Board places high priority on building an integrated and sustainable system for identifying and nurturing talented individuals, while expanding partnerships with government, private-sector, and academic institutions. Such efforts, he emphasized, will reinforce the status of talent as one of the UAE’s most important sources of soft power. At the conclusion of the meeting, Board members reaffirmed their commitment to continuing efforts to achieve the Association’s objectives and national mission of discovering and developing promising national talents, in a manner that serves the nation and strengthens its leadership and competitiveness across various fields.
