As part of the Emirates Association for Talented Individuals’ commitment to strengthening its institutional presence and expanding its network of strategic partnerships to achieve sustainable social impact, the Abu Dhabi Talented Council represented the Association at the Public Benefit Organizations Forum organized by the Ministry of Community Empowerment on the occasion of launching the Institutional Support Framework. The initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of public benefit organizations and empower them to deliver more impactful developmental outcomes for society.
The Association was represented at the forum by Mr. Adel Al Hosani, a member of the Abu Dhabi Talented Council. He participated in the forum sessions and accompanying discussions, which focused on enhancing the performance of public benefit organizations and strengthening their contribution to sustainable development and community service.
During the forum, H.E. Aisha Yousef, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Community Empowerment, emphasized the importance of focusing on impact and measurable outcomes as the true indicators of success for associations and public benefit organizations. She noted that the quality of outputs and the achievement of sustainable social value should take precedence over merely increasing the number of initiatives and activities.
H.E. Mohammed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Assistant Undersecretary for the Public Benefit Organizations Sector, also stressed the importance of public benefit organizations contributing to job creation and promoting social sustainability, thereby generating tangible developmental impact that supports the UAE’s vision for a more productive and sustainable society.
On the sidelines of the forum, Mr. Al Hosani held a series of coordination meetings with representatives of several participating associations and organizations to explore opportunities for collaboration and establish new institutional partnerships. These efforts aim to broaden the reach of specialized programs and initiatives while enhancing the ability of participating entities to create sustainable impact that benefits wider segments of society.
